In its mission to promote an inclusive community, resolve disputes and fair policy practices for the members of the Georgetown University community, the Office of the Student Ombuds is looking for a graduate of undergraduate student to support the office with outreach, marketing and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Managing, posting and creating content for the Office of the Student Ombuds Instagram account (@georgetownombuds) Social media management and metrics tracking Coordinate partnerships with other Georgetown departments, schools and programs Community management Design of collateral materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. such as brochures, flyers, annual reports, swag, etc. Scripting, producing and editing videos for social media platforms Produce data visualizations, infographics or others Creation of client-facing presentation decks Assist with in-person event planning Other duties as needed
