Georgetown University Student Employment Office (SEO)

Starting Novmber 1, 2024, SEO will NOT be accepting HHFs. This is in line with the new Student Recruiting and Hiring process initiated by the Human Resources Office. Hiring managers and departmental administrators must post job openings for student positions directly in GMS, and students will apply directly for positions within GMS. These enhancements have eliminated the need for the Hoya Hiring Form, thus simplifying and accelerating the hiring process.
IMPORTANT: Students CANNOT work before the hiring process is completed.

SEO will continue to accept revision forms for costing allocation and compensation updates.
HoyaWorks will remain active for posting off-campus non-Georgetown student positions.
Employment Verifications: No walk-in request from outside agencies will be accepted. If you would like to verify a student's employment at Georgetown University, please email an authorization of release of information form that has been signed by the student to our office at finseo@georgetown.edu.
