Welcome, Georgetown Students! 

W-2 Information: All W-2 forms will be prepared and sent out by Georgetown University's Payroll office by the end of January 2017. W-2 forms will be mailed to your permanent address in MyAccess. Students who are currently employed by Georgetown University will be able to view an electronic copy of their W-2 later this month by logging into GMS and selecting "Pay," and then "My Tax Documents."

The W-2 request form for former employees who are not able to log-in to GMS and did not receive their form W-2 within the time frame provided by Payroll can be found here. Please do not submit this form earlier than February 3, 2017 to allow time for processing and mailing.

Having trouble logging in to GMS? If you were recently hired, you won't be able to log in until your hire is 100% complete. At that time, you'll get a system email telling you to log-in to complete your onboarding - you won't be able to log in until you receive the email letting you know your account is ready. After that, you'll be able to log in using your Georgetown NetID and password.
